Please read the below mentioned terms and conditions that are an integral part of the Participant Agreement for the event. All tours/events promoted/sold on this website (www.team4adventure.com) are operated by TEAM4ADVENTURE INDIA (OPC) PVT LTD, company registered under the Indian Companies Act,2013 (hereinafter called ‘the Company’, ’we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’), and are sold, subject to the following conditions:
A customer is the entity desirous of participating in a tour/event individually or collectively as a group, hereinafter called ‘customer’, ‘guest’ or ‘participant’.
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions and the same may be done without any notifications or advance notice.
QUERY & BOOKING
A prospective customer opens a correspondence with us through an online query form on a tour/event page. The customer is expected to have gone through the details that are published on the tour/event page in consideration, and the same may not be reiterated by us during the correspondences.
Our tours/events may be seasonal as well as based on fixed departures. The location, date and time where it starts from, should be carefully ascertained from the tour/event page or through correspondence with us. A booking should be initiated only if this is doable and agreeable by the customer.
A query would be converted to a booking only after full payment for the tour/event has been completed. In case of a group of guests who wish to book together, they should book only for the people who are committed. Any tentative guest who might be able to commit at a later stage can be communicated to us separately. If any special group deal is being negotiated, it would be on the basis of the guests that are being committed with full payments and will not include any tentative guest.
PAYMENTS
We provide a host of mechanisms through which payments can be made to us. These include online payment gateway. Gpay, NEFT, IMPS, SWIFT bank transfers, cheques, drafts and cash. Take a look at our payments page to understand the various options in detail.
MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Our tours/events have differing difficulty levels, and would have limited possibility to be transferred to a different guest. In the event when a guest is unable to make it for the tour/event, and wishes to let someone else participate in his/her place, the same has to be communicated in writing to us well in advance. If the planning phase has not kicked in too deep, we would try and accommodate as far as possible. However in case the notice period is too less or if we feel that the tour/event is not suitable for the prospective replacement guest , such participant change may not be accepted, and the customer may have to go through the cancellation process.
In the event of a guest having to cancel their booking, there may be cancellation charges to cover the costs that go into aggregating the various resources to execute the tour/event. The tours/events organized by us have differing advance planning time schedules, therefore the cancellation charges that would apply for a particular tour/event is published on the respective tour/event page in the FAQ section. The same should be understood by the customer prior to making a booking.
